- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the best available service.
International Shipping
- We do not offer International shipping at this time. We only offer shipping in the Continental US. We are not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@sweetdivide.com for assistance. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Return Policy
At this time, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@sweetdivide.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
- Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
